1. General Agreement

  1. 1.1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the website www.n2ncreation.net (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all policies referenced herein. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use the Website. 

  2. 1.2. Service Description: N2N Creation sells ready-made textile products (sarees, etc.) and offers specialized textile printing services, including custom digital and bulk printing solutions. 

  3. 1.3. Accuracy: We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and colors. However, variations may occur due to photography, digital screen settings, and the nature of handmade products. We do not guarantee absolute accuracy. 

2. Ordering, Pricing, and Payment

  1. 2.1. Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including product unavailability or errors in pricing. 

  2. 2.2. Pricing and Currency: All prices are displayed in [Specify Currency, e.g., INR] and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. 

  3. 2.3. Payment Security: Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment gateways. We do not store sensitive payment information such as credit/debit card numbers.

3. Custom Printing and Design Services

  1. 3.1. Client Responsibility: When submitting designs for custom printing, you affirm that you possess all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use the intellectual property (IP) contained in the file. 

  2. 3.2. Indemnification (IP): You agree to fully indemnify and hold N2N Creation harmless against any legal action, claims, costs, or damages arising from the unauthorized use of any third-party IP supplied by you for printing. 

  3. 3.3. Output Variation: Due to the nature of textile printing, slight differences in color and detail between the approved digital proof and the final printed product are common and do not qualify as a defect.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

  1. 4.1. Operating Location: All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Surat, Gujarat, India

  2. 4.2. Processing Time: All orders are processed within [2-3 ] business days of receiving full payment and clearing quality checks. Processing time is separate from the shipping time. The standard shipping takes an additional 7-8 business days for delivery. 

  3. 4.3. Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. 

  4. 4.4. Shipping Carriers: We partner with Shiprocket to manage our logistics. This service allows us to utilize India's leading courier partners like [Blue Dart, Delhivery, Shadowfax] to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery service possible.

  5. 4.5. Tracking: Your tracking link will be provided via Shiprocket, allowing you to monitor your package's journey with the assigned courier partner.

  6.  4.6. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
