At n2nCreation, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order after placing it. Our goal is to make this process simple and transparent while ensuring fairness to both our customers and our production team.

1. Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been processed, customized, or shipped.

  • To request a cancellation, please email us at n2ncreation1@gmail.com or call +91 8780858847 with your order number, registered email, and a short reason for cancellation.

2. Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation

Once an order has been processed, customized, or shipped, it cannot be canceled. This includes:

  • Orders that are already dispatched or marked as “Out for Delivery.”

  • Made-to-order or customized sarees that are already under production, stitching, or printing.

  • Any orders where raw materials have been cut or prepared specifically for you.

3. Cancellation Approval

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • You will receive a confirmation email from our support team.

  • The refund (if applicable) will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

If the request is made after the 24-hour window or once the order is processed/shipped, we will not be able to accept the cancellation.

4. Failed or Rejected Orders

If your payment fails or your order is rejected due to inventory issues, your amount (if debited) will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We at n2nCreation aim to provide you with the best quality sarees and a delightful shopping experience.

However, if there is an issue with your order, we are happy to help in accordance with the policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • You have received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

  • The product delivered is significantly different from what was ordered (wrong color, pattern, or design).

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Incorrect size, color preference, or dissatisfaction with fabric texture once received.

  • Customized, made-to-order, or digitally printed sarees, unless they are defective or the wrong product was sent.

2. Reporting a Refund Request

To initiate a refund:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery via email at n2ncreation1@gmail.com.

  2. Include your order number, name, and clear photos of the product showing the issue.

  3. Our team will verify your request within 2 business days.

3. Product Return Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • We will provide return shipping instructions.

  • Please ensure the product is returned unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Once the returned item reaches us and passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed.

4. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method (e.g., UPI, credit/debit card, wallet, or net banking).

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item and verify it.

  • Bank or payment gateway delays may occasionally extend this timeline by a few days.

5. Partial Refunds / Store Credit

In some situations, where a full refund is not possible, we may issue a partial refund or store credit (for example, if only part of your order is affected).

This will be discussed and confirmed with you before processing.

6. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Sarees purchased during clearance sales, discount offers, or final sale events.

  • Customized, digitally printed, or embroidered sarees created exclusively on order.

  • Items damaged due to improper handling, washing, or alterations after delivery.
