Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our team immediately begins processing it.
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
For customized or made-to-order sarees (such as digital prints or stitched pieces), the processing time may extend to 5–7 business days.
You will be notified via email or SMS if any delay occurs during processing.
3. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery time across India is usually 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Metro cities and urban areas often receive deliveries faster (3–6 days).
Rural or remote regions may take slightly longer, depending on courier availability and local delivery schedules.

6. Delivery & Handling
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery at the address provided at checkout.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may contact you or attempt redelivery the next business day.

7. Damaged or Missing Shipments
We take utmost care to ensure safe packaging and transit of every product.
However, if your order arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete, please report it to us within 3 days of delivery.

Our team will verify the issue and assist you with a replacement, exchange, or refund as per our policy.
