  1. Order Cancellation:

    • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production or dispatch hasn’t begun.

    • Customised or personalised sarees cannot be cancelled once the printing process has started.

  2. Refund Policy:

    • Refunds are applicable only for ready-made sarees in case of defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items.

    • Note: Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of 360 degree  parcel opening videos for verification.

    • Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact. Products showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted. 

    • Refund Processing: Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within  7–10 business days.

  3. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Custom-made or digitally printed sarees are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to their personalised nature.
